Refund and Return Policy

At Kruptika, we want every customer to receive products that meet our quality standards.

Because our products are consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. We accept returns or provide refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 21 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or other documentation showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once we review your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement product

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Another appropriate solution

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they enter the shipping process.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the terms of this Return Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products unless there is a verified defect
